Господа, кто может подсказать, как настроить "передачу звука через PCI" под линухой
ЗЫ. в линухе я полный ламер (2 дня как установил). modprobe.conf подправил - картинка уже есть, но вот звук не получается настроить.
И небольшой оффтоп - какой программой вы радио слушаете ?

Как я настраивал 409 под ubuntu 7.04,
также работало и в 6.06 и в 6.10 (с некоторми отличиями для ядер меньше 2.6.19, там secam=d передавалось отдельно строкой в tda9887 в описанном ниже файле saa7134)
(ищите гуглем статью записки дебианщика для подробностей)
1.в /etc/modporbe.d/alsa-base
закомментировал строчку начинающуюся с install saa7134...
2.В этой же папке создал файл saa7134
с содержимым:
options saa7134 card=67 secam=d
Для ядер меньше 2.6.19 (:?:) вторая строка
tda9887 secam=d (из первой убрать).
3.Перезагрузка
4.Установка tvtime
5.Для просмотра secam каналов в настройках канала меняем с pal на secam.
Вуаля!
p.s. Совсем забыл сказать, в Debian 4.0 этот номер тоже прокатывает.

устройство в dev/video0 появилось, но со знаком минус
tvtime-scanner каналы какие-то находит, но с совершенно другими частотами и ничего не показывает, всегда сплошные помехи
в ручную тоже пробовал вбивать частоты - не работает, есть только звук и только на одном канале
может быть дело в той строчке из dmesg, которую я выделит жирным и пробелами???

Ну намешали.. всего подряд.
Уберите всё, оставьте только
options saa7134 alsa=1 secam=d
Пусть ядро, достаточно свежее, само разберётся с оборудованием.

Плата завелась только после обновления ядра начала работать даже с теми настройками, но после того как убрал лишнее появился хороший звук, (до этого был прерывистый и с помехами), Так что огромное спасибо за совет!!!
Кстати ядро обновлял регулярно, но вот пару дней назад при очередном обновлении свершилось чудо!!!
радио проверил, все отлично работает только вот каналы почему то автоматически не находятся, что огорчает но вцелом норм
